FAQ'sQ. Do I have to sign a contract?A. Absolutely not! You are welcome to try the gym by the day, week, month, etc. with no obligation. Of course, membership has it's rewards!Q. Do you have beginner's classes?A. One of the great things about our classes, is that they are wonderful for people of all skill and fitness levels-you can pace yourself while you get accustomed to the moves and build up your strength- you'll be at the head of the class in no time, you'll see! :)Q. What should I bring/wear to class?A. Bring a towel-you'll need it! A yoga mat for ab work, and sneakers/clothes you normally wear to work out in. And don't forget water or other hydrating beverage,; you can also buy that here...Q. What do I do if I don't have gloves and wraps?A. Don't let that stop you! Get into the gym-don't worry, we have loaners! We also have the best , gym-tested tough boxing gloves and wraps available!Have a question you don't see listed here?
